FIRM CASE ANALYSTS - PARALEGALS
James Kim - Case Analyst - Paralegal
James was born in Glendale, CA and is a graduate of Cal-Sate Fullerton. He has a bachelors degree in Sociology, emphasizing crime and delinquency. James joined the firm in 2006 and previously served as the lead accident and injury negotiator for a prominent Orange County civil litigation firm. James handles the initial calls from prospective clients and discusses the nature of their case. A very caring guy who will put you at ease, James is known for responding knowledgeably and courteously to requests for information about our firm.
MAIN OFFICE STAFF
Sissi Dinh - Office Manager
Raised in Thailand as a child of a diplomat, Sissi fled Vietnam in 1975 with her father and five siblings as war immigrants. She lived 15 years in Montreal Canada where she finished her college education with degrees in French and English. After traveling to several countries and continents working for Club Med as their bank manager, she settled in California where she now resides with her husband and two children. Sissi has been with our firm as the office manager since 1999 and will gladly assist you on all questions concerning your account or your case.
LEGAL ASSISTANTS
Lisa Durkovic - Legal Assistant
A California native. Lisa worked for Swiss Colony Corporation as their Regional Manager for 7 years, training employees and supervising the operations of several Southern California stores. In 1982, at age 22 she purchased her own Swiss Colony store located in Century City. In 1987, she sold the franchise and pursued an interest in law. Lisa has worked in our office since 1994. She is responsible for subpoenaing records and witnesses, filing motions with the court and responding to client inquiries.
Claudia Hirsch - Legal Assistant
Claudia has been with our firm for the last five years. She has been a legal assistant for over 20 years and came to our firm in 2003. Claudia is one of 4 voices that will gladly greet you on the telephone. Claudia is responsible for assisting clients with their needs and working with the Courts.
Rosie Ruiz - Legal Assistant
Rosie has been a Legal Assistant /Secretary for 15 years, specializing in criminal law. She has been with our firm since 2007. Rosie is responsible for scheduling DMV, Admin Per Se hearings, filing/preparing motions with the court and responding to client inquiries.
